TERMS & CONDITIONS
ENGLISH
1. A valid driving license is required either national or international.
2. Renter can elect to NOT pay INSURANCE wherein the Renter accepts FULL responsibility for any damage or theft to rental of the above mentioned vehicle or any part of it.
4. Insurance covers the renter from damage or theft of said vehicle, unless malicious or illegal damage is carried out on vehicle.
5. Walkthrough Vehicle Check to be conducted upon delivery and pick up of vehicle.
6. Security deposit to be held by Canggu Bike Rentals Bali (herein CBRBali) for duration of hire and returned to Renter upon completion. Any costs incurred to be deducted from deposit prior to settlement.
7. Renter accepts full accountability of vehicle throughout length of agreement. Vehicle cannot be on hired to third parties unless with prior approval from CBRBali.
8. Third party persons are NOT approved to ride or drive, unless approved by CBRBali in advance. Renter retains full responsibility and accountability throughout hire period.
9. Vehicles delivered with a full tank of petrol are to be returned with a full tank of petrol. A surcharge will be incurred if tank not full. Fee is 50,000IDR for up to 150cc and 100,000IDR for 250cc.
10. Wheel Disc Locks and USB phone plugs (into cigarette lighter) can be supplied for free upon request, when available. If not returned, a replacement fee of 100.000IDR per item will be charged.
11. Delivery or Pick up of rental vehicle within 6km of CBRBali is free. Outside of 6km Delivery and Pick up can be requested (airport included) and subject to a nominal fee to be charged over and above the rental price.
12. Emergency callouts for lost or misplaced keys, flat batteries and any other issues arising from Renters neglect, Renter will be charged fair and accordingly.
13. Overdue/late returns. To be charged at CBRBali daily rates until completed.
14. Unwarranted or unjustified cancellations, Renter to forfeit Security Deposit and pay present day hire fees owing.
15. CBRBali reserves the right to rent any vehicle to any person, as it chooses.
16. Bikes returned prior to Contracted Period completion date do not receive a refund
17. It is prohibited to permit others to ride said motorcycle (without express permission from CBR Bali). Sucurity Deposit is waived, all costs incurred to be covered by Rentor by rental completion date.
18. It is prohibited to take said motorcycle off the island of Bali without the express permission of CBR Bali. Security is waived, all costs incurred to be covered by Rentor by rental completion date.
BIKE INSURANCE POLICY (Recommended)
Insurance is available (and recommended) on all CBR Bali bikes. Please read this Policy carefully as we want you to enjoy your time in Bali.
A one-off, non-refundable fee* is required to insure bikes.
Insured bikes have 100% Accident cover & 50% Theft cover.
In the event of theft the Rentor is liable for 50% of the replacement value of the bike.
Cover does not include damage or injury to any other property or persons resulting from an accident.
Cover does not include any medical cover whatsoever.
It is recommended you take out a comprehensive Travel Insurance prior to travelling (hint: confirm cc rating [engine capacity] cover of scooter with your Insurance company).
In case of Total loss a fee of 10% of the replacement value of bike is required from Rentor.
Insurance is covered with the designated Rentor ONLY.
It is prohibited to permit others to ride said motorcycle (without written permission from CBR Bali). Insurance is waived in the event of an accident or damages, Rentor to cover all costs incurred by rental completion date.
It is prohibited to take said motorcycle off the island of Bali (without the written permission of CBR Bali). Insurance is waived, all costs incurred to be covered by Rentor by rental completion date.
Unwarranted or unjustified cancellations, Renter to forfeit refund of Insurance fee and pay present day hire fees owing.

SECURITY DEPOSIT (SD) TERMS
A refundable Security Deposit* is required in the event customer chooses not to have Insurance (highly recommended).
Security Deposit (SD) covers any costs or damage incurred for the duration of the rental, including a full fuel tank on completion. Any costs will be deducted and the balance refunded to Rentor at rental completion.
Please note that any costs incurred, exceeding the security deposit, will require full payment from Rentor by rental completion date.
In case of an accident Rentor is liable to pay for all repairs to bike and any resultant damage or loss of rental income by rental completion date,
It is recommended to take out a comprehensive Travel Insurance prior to travelling (hint: confirm cc rating [engine capacity] cover of scooter with your Insurance company).

INDONESIAN
1. Surat izin mengemudi yang masih berlaku diperlukan baik nasional maupun internasional.
2. Penyewa dapat memilih untuk TIDAK membayar ASURANSI dimana Penyewa bertanggung jawab penuh atas segala kerusakan atau pencurian atas penyewaan kendaraan yang disebutkan di atas atau bagian darinya.
4. Asuransi menjamin penyewa dari kerusakan atau pencurian kendaraan tersebut, kecuali kerusakan yang disengaja atau tidak sah dilakukan pada kendaraan.
5. Walkthrough Vehicle Check dilakukan pada saat penyerahan dan pengambilan kendaraan.
6. Uang jaminan akan dipegang oleh Canggu Bike Rentals Bali (di sini CBRBali) selama masa sewa dan dikembalikan kepada Penyewa setelah selesai. Setiap biaya yang timbul akan dipotong dari deposit sebelum pelunasan.
7. Penyewa menerima tanggung jawab penuh atas kendaraan selama masa perjanjian. Kendaraan tidak dapat disewakan kepada pihak ketiga kecuali dengan persetujuan terlebih dahulu dari CBRBali.
8. Orang pihak ketiga TIDAK disetujui untuk mengendarai atau mengemudi, kecuali disetujui oleh CBRBali sebelumnya. Penyewa memegang tanggung jawab dan akuntabilitas penuh selama masa sewa.
9. Kendaraan yang dikirim dengan tangki bensin penuh harus dikembalikan dengan tangki bensin penuh. Biaya tambahan akan dikenakan jika tangki tidak penuh. Biayanya Rp50.000 untuk 150cc dan Rp100.000 untuk 250cc.
10. Kunci Cakram Roda dan colokan telepon USB (ke pemantik rokok) dapat diberikan secara gratis berdasarkan permintaan, jika tersedia. Jika tidak dikembalikan, akan dikenakan biaya penggantian sebesar Rp100.000 per item.
11. Pengiriman atau Pengambilan kendaraan sewaan dalam jarak 6km dari CBRBali gratis. Di luar 6km Pengiriman dan Penjemputan dapat diminta (termasuk bandara) dan dikenakan biaya nominal yang akan dibebankan di atas harga sewa.
12. Panggilan darurat untuk kunci yang hilang atau salah tempat, baterai kempes dan masalah lain yang timbul dari kelalaian Penyewa, Penyewa akan dikenakan biaya yang wajar dan sesuai.
13. Pengembalian yang terlambat/terlambat. Ditagih dengan tarif harian CBRBali hingga selesai.
14. Pembatalan yang tidak beralasan atau tidak beralasan, Penyewa kehilangan Uang Jaminan dan membayar biaya sewa hari ini.
15. CBRBali berhak untuk menyewakan kendaraan apa pun kepada siapa pun, sesuai pilihannya.
